Mega bug return exhibition
Brought the kids to visit the MEGA BUGS exhibition on a sunny sunday (21 July 2013).
This Megabugs Return!” exhibition given us a eye opening on the magnifying little bugs into a giant figures which I found it quite meaning. With the animatronics and static exhibits built in mega proportions, we navigate through a maze of towering grass blades, rocks and flowers and bump into various knick-knacks found in the backyards. Along the way, wel come face-to-face with a 3m-long praying mantis, walk under the wings of a butterfly and get fascinated by super-sized beetles, scorpions and other creepy crawlies. The kids get to experience crawling like a mosquito, drawing activites and learning the life cycling from the exhibits.
The kids had a great time, however, the admission fee of $16 per person was a bit pricey as the exhibition was not as big as it worth. Overall, we spent about less than 1 hr to complete everything.
